We were so blessed this week to have Nancy, Mariko, and Farah come visit us from Calvary Chapel Okinawa to help us with our VBS. Their visit was a huge blessing!!!

A New Building! (Coming Soon)

We are blessed by how God is moving and providing for Calvary Chapel Iwakuni. The pics below are the new building that we will be moving into this fall (maybe around the beginning of Nov). For now, we will be renting only the second floor which is actually a good bit larger than our current building. The floor plan is our initial plans for how we will occupy this space.

This past weekend we had our spring church clean-up day. Rain was in the forecast, but through answered prayer, God held back the rain; Praise the Lord!!!

We had a blessed time and we got a lot done.

at Calvary Chapel Iwakuni

This past Sunday, the guys began a new journey in pursuit of Authentic Manhood using the Men's Fraternity (http://www.mensfraternity.com/). Over the next 24 week, we'll be using the examples of Adam from Genesis and Jesus Christ to help the guys become the man God desire for them to be. Please pray that God would use this time to make the guys of Calvary Iwakuni "men after God's own heart".

We rejoice with Max and Jenn in the birth of their new baby girl, Emi Grace born on May 16th. Please be praying for this family as they welcome Emi as child number 4 in their family.

Here are just a few of our "Little Lambs" at Calvary!

The Little Lambs of Calvary always have a great time learning about Jesus. Whether it's through song, drawing or just listening to a story about Jesus and His life. It is a true blessing to see them growing spiritually in His Word!

What a beautiful morning of food, fellowship and love. As you can see, getting together to bless one another and to be blessed always brings a smile to even the smallest faces.

M & M

Anna had to join the M&M twins... Mike and Matt. Calvary Iwakuni has an intense discipleship program. The program is supposed to help people be more like Jesus. In this case, the M&M twins look like each other in their black pants and black shirts with white stripes. (Yikes, I see a trend developing, Lord help us!)

Last Sunday, the younger children of Calvary blessed us with a song. We had so much fun watching them sing about how the Lord loves them and how much they love the Lord.

This past Sunday we were blessed to see two of our new moms at church with their little ones. Obviously they both got the "Blue Flower Shirt w/ White Pants Memo".
